CONS-23160 - USA (Baltimore, Maryland) - Construction Phase Engineering Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction phase engineering services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD– Includes the replacement or repair of the following elements of the Facility: temporary office and worker facilities, parking areas, landscaping/drainage, offices, locker rooms/lavatory, plumbing, storage, fire suppression, security, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), roofing and building envelope, electric and power supply, and concrete flooring.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
