RFP #20260728 - Live–Learn–Innovate Philanthropic Campaign Consulting Services

Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking signed written proposals as it prepares for its next major philanthropic initiative to support the University's strategic priorities and a planned campus expansion now known as Live–Learn–Innovate. The proposed project includes approximately 147,000 square feet of new space featuring graduate student housing, academic space, and an innovation hub that will enhance student success, interdisciplinary collaboration, research, and innovation. The estimated project cost is approximately $80 million, with philanthropy expected to play a significant role in the financing strategy. NEOMED seeks a consulting partner to support a two-phase engagement. Phase 1 will assess campaign feasibility, philanthropic potential, and institutional readiness, and provide recommendations on whether NEOMED should pursue a focused capital campaign or a broader comprehensive campaign. Phase 2 will provide strategic counsel for campaign planning, implementation, and execution.
