(1) Vendor needs to provide back–end developer for the open timber portal platform.– Front–end consultant to improve the user–friendliness of the tool, based on necessary improvements that have been identified by the open timber portal team.– High–level collections of potential tasks needing resolution in order to improve the platform.– Provide back–end developer (Angular & REACT) for the open timber portal platform.– Updating reference layers and programmatic languages.– Improving platform performance and security.– Proposing improvements and fixes to various sites (back office, observations tool, etc.) to improve the overall platform.– Performing maintenance tasks and bug solving as time and budget allows.– Providing a list of suggested improvements needed to keep the platform functional, user friendly and up–to–date.
