CONS-22371 - USA (Portland, Oregon) - Design Services - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Portland, OR.                                      – To serve as the Prime consultant for professional design services that results in a coordinated complete design, permit documents, assistance in construction procurement and construction administration.– Update of Programmable Logic Controller based ventilation logic with secure, independent control from agency; upgrade of mechanical and ventilation controls for ventilation system. – Tunnel wide linear and point fire detection systems, including cameras. – Removal of the existing generator and replacement with a new system with sufficient output. – Operations Command Center remote monitoring of controls and alarms, ADA egress capability, and operator training. – Fire Department access to elevator and tunnel; add Hop card access to elevators. – Replacement of tunnel/ platform fire doors won–doors including full integration with other systems. – Interior improvements to the Washington Park Head House, to include monitors, desks, lighting, flooring, ceiling tile, etc. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
