(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based GIS platform.– Provide cloud–based hosting and engagement platform for geospatial data. – Cloud–based hosting and engagement platform for geospatial data supporting greater than 2,000 users, ongoing accessibility of data or maps or applications currently maintained in ArcGIS Online, and future development of geospatial data and configurable mobile or web applications supporting local government operations.– On–premises mapping server software for comprehensive support of GIS data maintained in enterprise databases and connected to existing enterprise and external applications via API, and existing behind a firewall as required.– Desktop software to create, analyze, manage, and share geospatial information in conjunction with cloud–based and on premises enterprise mapping platforms.– Ability to create, analyze, manage, and share geospatial information.– Customizable field operations management applications including map–, form–, and button–based data entry, workorder management, navigation, and employee tracking.– Comprehensive configuration templates for common local government operational needs.– 3D data creation, analysis, and processing including features, point clouds, surfaces, procedural Modeling, meshes.– Drone–based data collection and processing, photogrammetric surface reconstruction.– Imagery analysis tools including feature extraction, classification, and change Detection.– Hosting, analysing, streaming imagery.– Search, geocoding, and routing services.– Routing and network analysis tools.– Parcel or cadastral data management tools.– Intelligence analysis tools for public safety.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
