(1) Vendor needs to provide underwriting services to the government authority located in Los Altos Hills, CA.• Provide review and comment on all documents related to each financing.• Optimize the overall debt structure of each proposed issuance.• Work with the financing team to seek the highest possible credit ratings for the proposed bonds.• Advise the financing team regarding the timing, sizing, and structure of each bond issue.• Develop and execute a marketing plan designed to achieve the most favourable borrowing costs available to the District.• Assist in the preparation of the official statement and other legal and disclosure documents used in connection with the sale of the bonds.• Participate in meetings with, and presentations to, the agency, District staff, consultants, and rating agencies as needed.• Keep the District informed of regulatory and market developments affecting financing, as appropriate.• Provide assistance in closing each bond issue.• Prepare post–sale analyses, including information on placement of the bonds, market conditions at the time of sale, orders, designations, allocations, and results of comparable sales.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
