(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Fort Myers, FL.– Perform and supply janitorial services for commercial office spaces located.– Clean public, common use areas, and outdoor picnic area: 2 family restrooms, janitorial closet, ice and water room, private room, line service.– Remove trash and place outside in the appropriate receptacle/dumpster. – Clean trash cans, inside and out.– Clean baseboards.– Clean air conditioning vents. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
