(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and classification study service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA. – Provide a comprehensive compensation and classification study for approximately 50 non–union employees across 44 distinct roles.– Including similarity scoring and source documentation for each job match.– Automated job–to–market matching using established comparator data, including data previously used in related county engagements.– Create defined pay bands and a transparent progression framework that clearly links tenure, skills, and advancement to compensation.– Assess whether current salaries align with market rates for comparable public–sector roles and quantify any variances.– Final classification and compensation structure aligned with county guidelines, including documented methodology, job families, levels, pay bands, and progression criteria.– Implementation materials enabling the treasurer’s office to maintain the structure independently in future years.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
