TELCOM-2862 - USA (Syracuse, New York) - Phone and Internet Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide phone and internet services to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY.  – Providers of essential governmental services, it is imperative to maintain communications with the general public 24x7 with highly reliable telecommunications systems.– Internet connection services are used for daily business needs including business applications, email, website hosting, public meeting streaming, social media alerts, and emergency communications.– Service e–alerts regarding detours and emergencies are posted on the web site, social media networks, and emailed to customers.– Maintain current configuration with the ability to make minor changes as business requirements change while maintaining cost controls, i.e. increasing bandwidth between locations, adding telephone numbers, or adding and removing locations.– On average the bus information call center handles approximately 1,000 incoming calls per week.– Modernize existing telecommunications infrastructure.– Improve reliability, resiliency, and business continuity.– Support future technology changes within defined budget constraints.– Provide automatic failover for voice, Internet, and WAN services by providing redundant paths where physically feasible.– Provide support for converged voice and data services with multi‑option handoff (SIP, PRI, analog).– Response to telecom and network problems that seriously affect the business (site outages, severe performance degradation, intermittent interruptions, etc.).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
