EQU-18852 - USA (Jackson, Michigan) - PA and Bell System - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide PA and bell system, installation, and configuration as defined to the government authority located in Jackson, MI. – The PA system end shall contain a surface mount biscuit box with keystone connector color orange and the patch panel end shall terminate into a patch panel port that is available.– Network cables shall be terminated on a patch panel consisting of the appropriately colored keystones.– Provide options for a UPS to power the system in the event of a power failure for 15 minutes and 30 minutes of run time.– Gray cable and patch cords should be used for the system.– The PA system shall be located in the MDF and IDF racks indicated on the map.– The provided maps contain visual representations of the existing speakers.– The preferred system is the Telecor IP system if able to meet specifications.        (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.          (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
