(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Madison, AL.– Sweep hard surface floors, including under furniture and gym equipment.– Wet mop hard surface floors, except gym floor.– Remove debris from furniture and floors.– Empty and remove trash and replace liner.– Clean and polish drinking fountains, including the metal housing.– Spot vacuum all carpet– Spot clean spills.– Clean and disinfect tables and counters.– Vacuum, damp wipe or brush upholstered furniture.– Clean mirrors, counters, and chrome.– Wet mop hard surface floors.– Remove debris from furniture and floors.– Empty and remove trash from front walkway bins and replace liners.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5,2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
