(1) Vendor needs to provide hazard mitigation plan service to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR. • Design and implement a Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, building on other relevant planning efforts, to gather plan input from a wide array of public, private, non–profit partners and community groups.• Provide monthly written project updates to the Project Lead.• Provide requested information needed by Project Lead for grant–required quarterly reporting• Assist Project Lead with developing objectives and agendas for Mitigation Work Group meetings.• Assist Project Lead with scheduling, facilitating and documenting Mitigation Work Group planning meetings.• Address risk and vulnerabilities to natural and human–caused hazards that affect or could affect the county in order to mitigate the where possible.
