Description

To replace 112.5kVa Volvo TMD 71A generators on the Hoy Head. This is due to the engines now being obsolete, reduced availability of spare parts and increased costs. New generators will require to be class approved and of the same electrical output. The generators must be supplied by 28 February 2027 to allow fitting during the vessels next scheduled drydock
