DISPOS-9771 - USA (Nueces, Texas) - Invasive Vegetation Eradication and Treatment Service - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide invasive vegetation eradication and treatment service to the government authority located in Nueces, TX.• Brazilian Peppertree Removal– The primary treatment method shall be:– Cut–Stump Treatment• Cut all Brazilian peppertree stems as close to ground level as practical.• Immediately treat freshly cut stumps with an approved herbicide to prevent resprouting.• Treatment shall target complete mortality and long–term eradication.• Chainsaw–based removal is anticipated and expected due to site conditions.• Alternative methodologies may be proposed by the contractor for evaluation; however, any alternative approach must be approved by agency prior to implementation.• Vegetation Disposal• Include separate pricing and methodology for off–site disposal of cut Brazilian peppertree material on the two Golf Course sites. Methods must prevent spread of viable plant material. Cut vegetation may be left in place on the two Shoreline sites.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
