(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive campus bookstore and retail services.– Provide bookstore services shall include the online textbook platform, spirit store, gift shop, athletics and event–based merchandise operations, and all associated retail services.– Provide full management services including staffing, inventory, and customer services.– Comply with all security and IT requirements for store operations.– Online access to new and used products, course supplies, and services, including textbook ordering and merchandise.– Onsite or online customer support for e–storefront (live chat/email/helpdesk/phone).– Provide a list of their major merchandise, apparel, headwear, promotional product, gift, technology, and retail vendor partners.– Support the mission through high–quality merchandise and services.– Align the operations with the institution's strategic priorities.– Implement innovative strategies to reduce textbook costs and increase access.– Provide online bookstore services for distance and hybrid learning environments.– Build relationships with academic and athletic departments.– Support institutional growth and strategic enrollment targets.– Efficiently provide all required course materials in various formats (print, digital, rental).– Identify annual marketing budget allotted to the university per year.– Ability to scale operations to support institutional enrollment growth goals.– Capital investment and sponsorships.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) Pre–bid site visit will be held on September 2, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
