(1) Vendor needs to provide water treatment plant upgrade construction project management services to the government authority located in Westerville, OH. – Provide professional owner’s representative/construction project management services, including: pre–construction phase review services, construction phase management and field observation services, and post–construction phase closeout services in support of upcoming upgrades to the agency water treatment plant. – Assist the agency in its review of the design documents and construction bid documents prepared by companies and their interdisciplinary team.– Provide such administrative, management, and related services as are necessary to coordinate and oversee the activities of companies and their interdisciplinary team, and the construction contractor and their subcontractors.– Assist the agency with FF&E, utility coordination, and move–in coordination activities.– Maintain accurate and detailed records of all project activities, decisions, and communications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
