(1) Vendor needs to provide domain transition and implementation service. – Provide fully transition the county of domain for public websites and email addresses.– Includes conducting a comprehensive assessment of County’s current federated domain and forest environment, developing a countywide strategy and implementation plan, and providing full implementation support services to facilitate the transition to the domain.– Demonstrate expertise across Domain Name System (DNS) and website redirects, email addressing, identity and authentication (Active Directory, Entra ID), and integrated applications. – Migration completed without user–facing outage.– Authenticate functions correctly after Username, User Principal Name (UPN), and email changes.– Legacy URLs redirect correctly to the website destination.– SaaS–based cloud applications and County email use the domain.– Develop a stakeholder communication and outreach framework (press release, website notices/FAQs, newsletter, social media, staff templates). Public notification, communication, and marketing plan.– Operates multiple public websites and web applications that may be affected by the transition, the exact scoping of these will be done during the Discovery and Assessment Phase.– Assume that redirects, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) considerations, embedded links, allowlists, and integration endpoints may require coordinated validation and testing.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
