(1) Vendor needs to provide Accela software solution and support services.• Installation, configuration, scripting, reporting, and setup tasks involving the Accela product.• Triage issues (tasks, bugs, change requests) including a thorough review and grooming of the backlog of tickets in addition to assessing technical feasibility and effort level estimates.• Resolution of bugs identified in the system.• Work with agencies to define work required for tasks, bugs, and change requests.• Implementation and testing of tasks, bugs, and change requests, as requested by agencies (i.e. via Accela configuration, scripting, etc.) agency representatives are also required to perform business validation testing.• The data conversion, where applicable, to support the replacement of a legacy system.• The ability to quickly respond to changes required by legislative processes, which may include updates to the current configuration to meet those needs.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
