(1) Vendor needs to provide wellness vending machine services to the government authority located in Commerce, TX. – Provide, install, and operate one or more wellness vending machines capable of dispensing a range of Over–The–Counter (OTC) medications, emergency contraception, STI testing kits, respiratory testing kits, women’s health products, and other wellness items. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
