(1) Vendor needs to provide motorcycle training program database solution.– Management Systems Inc. that owns or has the rights to license its Software as a Service (SaaS) web–based motorcycle safety course, student, instructor, and training motorcycle data reporting system.– The current Motorcycle Training Program Database (Database) allows all motorcycle product curriculum courses to be entered as well as other curricula. – The Database is used across the nation by all motorcycle schools to track and enter details for classrooms, instructors and course information that allows motorcycles and schools to maintain their certifications with multiple curriculum developers as well as provide tools for the state to appropriately assess a school or instructor’s credentialing.
