(1) Vendor needs to provide monthly telephone and business telephone system.– Provide ongoing monthly telephone service for the town's business communications system.– Provide a complete turnkey communications solution that includes the furnishing of a new business telephone system, approximately thirty–three telephones, installation, programming, training, and ongoing monthly telephone service.– Program and configure the telephone system to meet the town's operational needs.– Configure voicemail, auto attendant, call route, hunt groups, extension dialling, and other standard business telephone features.– Port all existing telephone numbers to the new service provider, as applicable.– Furnish and maintain all monthly telephone service, including local and long–distance calling, and all associated telecommunications services required for normal business operations.– Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, software updates, warranty service, and customer support throughout the term of the agreement.(2) Main RFP document not available at here, only detail information at here, specification may be obtained by email.
