Vendor needs to provide interpreter scheduling software as a service.– Provide software licenses, maintenance and support training and documentation for a standalone commercial–off–the–shelf (COTS), cloud–based Interpreter Scheduling Solution (such software, maintenance and support, training and documentation collectively, the “Software”). – Cloud–based hosted solution must utilize either a vendor maintained cloud, or a third party data center– Re–procure a system comparable to the current system utilized by agency that allows for requesting and scheduling in–person interpreter appointments for individuals– Professional services associated with the installation, configuration, development, quality assurance, testing and related services.– Managed services associated with ongoing hosting, storage, help desk, support, trouble shooting, systems upgrade and other related services.
