This project is designed to restore four wetland pool areas located on the Hodge Wildlife Protection Area (WPA), Dickinson County, Iowa. Work under this project includes embankment (dike construction), excavation (spillway & borrow), tile investigation, tile breaks, and water control structures with associated piping. Please see the plans and bid package as noted below. Bid Closing Date and Time: 6/11/2026 at 3:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically as directed in the General Information and Instructions to Bidders.
