(1) Vendor needs to provide event administration and management services.• The Agency seeks information regarding available products, potential implementation approaches, support models, and preliminary pricing structures. • Program Overview• Target Audience: Children, teens, adults, families/all ages, and underserved or specific communities. The Agency provides services to all patrons.• Program Types: Live performances (theater, music, dance); storytelling and cultural demonstrations; workshops and hands–on arts education; and other cultural events held throughout the calendar year.• Geographic Reach: Countywide, across all agency branches.– Anticipated Outcomes: A fully insured roster of performers; timely performer payment; reduced administrative overhead across agency, Public Works, and Auditor–Controller staff; and increased booking capacity and program frequency for agency patrons over time(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
