(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology services to the government authority located in Rock Springs, WY.• Provide expertise, leadership, security, and technical support to strengthen the institution's technology infrastructure and support the college's mission of student success, workforce development, and community engagement.• 24/7 Supplemental IT Help Desk Support Services• Development and implementation of a comprehensive technology strategy.• Alignment of technology initiatives with institutional strategic goals.• Technology governance and policy development.• Assessment of current technology infrastructure and systems.• IT organizational and operational recommendations.• Oversight and guidance for major technology projects.• Technology procurement and vendor management support.• Budget development and resource allocation recommendations.• Risk management and business continuity planning.• Executive–level reporting and consultation with college leadership.• Support for digital transformation initiatives.
