Westborough Park Pathway Maintenance pk2202

In accordance with the plans and specifications and other bid documents, the work repairs, replaces, and performs maintenance to the existing asphalt walkways and stairs along the perimeter walk at Westborough Park. The work generally consists of demolition of damaged asphalt walk and stairs, grading required to replace damaged pavement, full depth replacement, mill and overlay, or slurry seal existing walks, and existing stair replacement or retrofit. The project is located at Westborough Park at 2350 Galway Drive in South San Francisco, CA. A detailed scope of work is included in the bid documents. The estimated construction value is $835,000. The Contractor shall be responsible to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary to complete all the work as specified and in accordance with the plans and specifications for the Westborough Park Pathway Maintenance, Project No. pk2202, Bid No. 2670. At the time of contract award, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class A Contractor's license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board.
