(1) Vendor needs to provide physician services to the government authority located in Flint, MI.   – Provides secure residential treatment, detention, and other related secure or non–secure treatment programs for male and female juveniles 10 through 18 years of age.      – Provide routine medical treatment, emergency consultations, annual physical examinations on clients and supervise hospital care as needed.– Provide other on–site requested or required medical services and adequately document all services rendered.– Review, monitor and oversee medical records for each eligible client during onsite visits to ensure sound and reasonable medical practices.– Provide medical examinations not less than 7 calendar days after admission.– Medical services as required will be provided timely.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
