(1) Vendor needs to provide experiential marketing support service. • Ability to help develop strategic plans to include cross channel and promotion integration opportunities that build brand awareness and help consumers experience the brand.• Ability to provide professional guidance based on proven results in consumer engagement, events, and event–to–consumer segment fit• Provide a full post–event evaluation utilizing agreed–upon metrics.• Creative development: ability to concept and develop creative for events including to a new or improved footprint, booth/tent space design.• Ability to concept and create social media event post and announcement for owned events in conjunction with the Social Media Specialist.• Social media events: ability to assist with the production of social media live events including to the following: creative file support, content management, digital platform and streaming management, and reporting• Provide social media live event data• Brand the social media live events(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
