DES-2719 - USA (Colorado) - Electronic Media Destruction Services - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic media destruction services to the government authority located in Colorado.• City staff shall have the right to witness on–site destruction of electronic media. The vendor shall accommodate reasonable scheduling adjustments to facilitate witnessed destruction.• Electronic media destruction must meet or exceed NIST SP 800–88 Rev. 1 standards for media sanitization (clear, purge, destroy), with physical destruction required for end–of–life assets.• Destruction methods must ensure that data is rendered permanently unreadable and irretrievable.• Certificate of destruction provided for each service event.• Documentation of downstream recyclers and e–waste processors, including certifications such as R2 or e–Stewards.• Documents and media type may include laptops and desktops (on occasion), hard drives from laptop and desktop computers, tablets (e.g., iPads), mobile phones, hard drives (HDD and SSD), other electronic storage media (USB drives, flash drives, external drives, etc.)(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
