(1) Vendor needs to provide SS4A comprehensive safety action plan service to the government authority located in Palm Springs, CA. • Create a comprehensive safety action plan that will improve pedestrians, bicyclists, and vehicle safety, improve connectivity citywide, update the city’s traffic calming program, and provide a robust outreach so that residents, schools, and other stakeholders can provide input. • The overall purpose of the plan is to improve a multimodal environment, promote an active lifestyle while respecting the environment and associated climate challenges. • The plan will all address existing planning gaps related to complete streets to enable safe multimodal access for all ages and abilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026
