RENTAL-2834 - USA (Lawrence, Kansas) - Municipal Airport Commercial Aeronautical Hangar Leasing Services - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal airport commercial aeronautical hangar leasing services to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.– Aeronautical use and operations:– The successful proposer shall use the approximately 2,900–square–foot hangar and approximately 540–square–foot office space primarily for the provision of aeronautical services or other aviation–related activities.– Proposed aeronautical services:– The proposer shall identify the aeronautical services or activities it intends to conduct at the facility, including the type of services provided, anticipated customers or airport users served, equipment and facilities required, and anticipated hours of operation if applicable.– Compliance with airport requirements:– Proposer shall obtain and maintain all licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, and other approvals required for its proposed activities as applicable.– Safe and compatible airport operations:– The successful proposer shall operate the facility in a manner that protects the safety, security, and efficiency of Airport operations.– Facility activation and business operations:– The successful proposer shall demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain a viable operation within the facility and shall provide a proposed schedule for commencing operations as applicable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2026.
