(1) Vendor needs to provide technology system and solution for the community development block grant for disaster recovery funded programs to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Provide a disaster recovery grant management software application for community development block grant for disaster recovery (CDBG–DR) funded programs– Internal facing system for Building Resiliency Center staff to collect and track service delivery to client information, track recovery progress and referrals, and manage grant funding– Online, public–facing portal– Internal–facing systems– Data Integration, Migration, and Security– Interactive design (mobile compatible)(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
