Vendor needs to provide design standards, zoning bylaw, and permitting processes consultant services to the government authority located in Yarmouth, MA.– Consultant shall work collaboratively with town staff, the planning board, and other boards, committees, and stakeholders, as appropriate, to accomplish the goals and objectives of this project.Task 1 – Meetings, public engagement and coordination:– Consultant shall conduct an in–person kick–off meeting with the planning board and town staff to review the project scope to ensure a clear understanding of the project goals and expectations, project timelines, and outline of roles and responsibilities.Task 2 – Resource documents and benchmarking.Task 3 – Design standards:– Consultant shall develop revisions to the architectural and site design standards and the design standards to modernize them.Task 4 – Zoning bylaw amendments:– Based on input from the planning board and town staff, develop revisions to the zoning bylaw to help maximize financial viability.Task 5 – Design review and site plan review processes.Task 6 – Streamlining permitting.Task 7 – Summary report.
