(1) Vendor needs to provide automated teller machine concession services to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – To provide secure, reliable, and state–of–the–art ATM services that support five–star customer experience, offer reasonable and competitive transaction fees, maximize concession revenue to the City, and ensure consistent, uninterrupted ATM operations throughout the contract term.– Provide five–star ATM experience utilizing state–of–the–art equipment that meets the evolving needs and expectations of the modern traveler; – Ensure that the transaction fees and service charges are reasonable and competitive with the transaction fees and service charges for similar services – Maximize concession sales and airport revenue in ATM service – Provide uninterrupted service to the traveling public during the renovation and expansion program at the Airports.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 31, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
