TRANSLATION-8240 - USA (Texas) - Educational Interpreting Services - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide educational interpreting services.– Interpreting services that ensure effective communication between students, parents, guardians, and school personnel and to include assistance with the completion of full individual evaluations, parent meetings.– Full individual evaluations psychoeducational assessments, speech language evaluations, psychological evaluations are needed to determine eligibility for specially designed instruction.– Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings– Initial and reevaluation eligibility meetings – Parent conferences related to special education services – Demonstrate fluency in both oral and written English and the target language. – Be capable of accurately conveying technical terms, educational terminology, evaluation results, and procedural information. – Special Education assessments and evaluation– Evidence of fluency in English and other target language(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
