(1) Vendor needs to provide clinically integrated network and managed organization support services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI. – Provider outreach, engagement, readiness assessment, onboarding, and implementation support; electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medical record (EMR) modernization, optimization, and replacement; health information technology, interoperability, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, telehealth, and provider–focused analytics; shared services.– Operational, workforce, financial, HER and EMR, IT, telehealth and remote patient services, interoperability, data, care management, quality, and payment transformation capabilities.– Provider technology transition and optimization plans identifying migration, configuration, infrastructure, workflow, interoperability, cybersecurity, training, and support activities required for each participating provider.– HER and EMR, health information technology, interoperability, provider–focused analytics, and privacy and security.– Shared–services model establishment and implementation.– Provider access, intake, and operational support.– Provider engagement, participation, and readiness. – Shared–services and practice transformation.– EHR and EMR and health information technology assessments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026(3) The contract period will be for four years.
