(1) Vendor needs to provide power and light outage management system.– Provide, implement, configure, and support a modern outage management system solution to replace its existing schneider electric responder system.– Current responder system is not supported by the upcoming utility network migration, which necessitates its replacement.– OMS solution must align with long–term enterprise GIS strategy and seamlessly integrate within an Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environment, leveraging the capabilities of the Esri Electric Utility Network data model.– Includes the ability to effectively consume UN data.– OMS that significantly improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, system reliability, and overall safety across electric distribution operations.– Becoming a trusted system of record: The new OMS must eliminate reliance on manual processes, ensuring that all outage, switching, tagging, and restoration data are accurate, persistent, and reliably stored.– Enhancing usability and performance: The solution should provide a user–friendly interface facilitating efficient navigation, search functions, and overall interaction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
