(1) Vendor needs to provide co–curricular activity tracking system.– A digital platform that enables university to effectively track, assess, and report on student co–curricular activities, supporting experiential learning, engagement analytics, and transcript generation.– Implement a digital platform that builds and sustains the student experience record a verified, longitudinal record of each student’s co–curricular engagement and competency development.– The platform must enable the university to track, assess, and report on student co–curricular activities, map them to institutional competencies through guided pathways, and support experiential learning, engagement analytics, and co–curricular transcript generation.– Student experience record, competency mapping, guided pathways, event management, and attendance tracking.– Student organization registration and re–registration, aligned to organization registration cycle.– Student organization platform, engage, will be retired by summer 2027.– All historical student organization, membership, leadership, involvement, and event attendance data must be migrated from engage prior to that date.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
