GIS-2114 - USA (Longmont, Colorado) - GIS Consulting Services for Electric Utility Data Migration - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS consulting services for electric utility data migration to the government authority located in Longmont, CO.– Consulting services to assist in the migration of geographic information data from its current geometric network database into an ESRI expanded utility network database as part of a regional effort.– Expanded Utility Network (EUN) database will provide data compatibility and the owner communities to support regional data sharing and integration, as well as technological upgrades with the city’s electrical grid management solutions.– Improve regional energy management, and to allow proper data integration into future grid management solutions with data from the City’s GIS that is compatible with the newest ESRI editing and repository best practices.– Develop data mapping documentation between the existing geometric network schema and the proposed utility network schema. review all necessary electrical data documentation and recommend changes that will benefit the city’s GIS and integration goals.– Configure asset groups, asset types, domains, network categories, rules, associations, and other utility network components as required.– Develop and execute data migration processes from the existing geometric network into the new utility network database.– Review the city's existing electric utility GIS data, existing geometric network, and supporting documentation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27,2026.
