(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL. – Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and break areas.– Cleaning of carpeted and tile flooring in the offices, break areas, conferences rooms, auditorium, library, front administrative area, stairwells and hallways.– First floor interior and exterior window washing.– Trash removal and debris pickup around exterior of building.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
