EQU-19319 - USA (Fort Myers, Florida) - Baggage Handling System Operation, Management and Maintenance Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide baggage handling system operation, management and maintenance services to the government authority located in Fort Myers, FL. – Perform comprehensive Baggage Handling System (BHS) operation, management, and maintenance services for two outbound common–use automated in–line baggage handling systems, as well as the inbound flat–plate and inbound slope plate carousel bag claim devices located at the agency.• BHS operation, management, and maintenance services will include comprehensive and continuous oversight and management, all–inclusive operations, preventative, predictive reliability centered maintenance, and corrective and repair maintenance, including:– BHS system start–up.– Regular visual inspections of all system components.– Regular time–phased preventative maintenance inspections and service, warranty and non–warranty repair services (as applicable).– Institute and execute a reliability centered maintenance practice plan.– BHS user training.– Bag tag printer monitoring.– BHS Inventory management.– Bag straightening and jam clearing.– Baggage delivery and transfer services.– Manual encoding.– Perform routine cleaning on all areas of the baggage handling system.– Control room monitoring and alarm dispatching.– BHS controls management.– Resource and subcontract management.– BHS system contingency planning and implementation.– BHS system adjustments and tracking.– BHS system shut–down.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for six years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
