HR-9328 - USA (Cedar Rapids, Texas) - Executive Search Services for Police Chief - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search services for police chief to the government authority located in Cedar Rapids, TX.– Consultant shall work with the assistant city manager and human resources director to identify the leadership characteristics, experience, qualifications, organizational priorities, and other attributes desired in the next chief of police.– Outline the process and a detailed timeline for the search process. Search process shall include recruitment of potential candidates, interviews, reference checks, and providing input into negotiations with the selected candidate.– Provide any fees associated with this search. Fees can be on a firm fixed all–inclusive price basis to conduct the search, or on a time and material basis, or percentage of annual salary. If a time and material basis is proposed, Consultant must provide a guaranteed not–to–exceed amount for the search.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
