Vendor needs to provide topographical survey service to the government authority located in Florence, SC. – The digital point file using the specified key codes, plus an abbreviation description key for other points;– A surface and break–lines in an AutoCAD compatible dwg file– All adjacent parcel property cards with plats and deeds.• All points 50 feet off the proposed centerline on both sides using specifications attached, a minimum of every 100 feet along the proposed centerline.• All iron pins (property corners) that can be located.• All wetland flags from Hoffmeyer Road to point south of existing ditch, as indicated on sketch. (A 2015 wetland line has been provided for information only. There are no guarantees that new wetland flags will follow the same line.)• Flood line elevations a minimum of every 300 feet.
