(1) Vendor needs to provide curtain wall replacement services to the government authority located in Westminster, CO.– Delegated–design submittal: for glazed aluminium curtain walls indicated to comply with performance requirements and design criteria, including analysis data signed and sealed by the qualified professional engineer responsible for their preparation.– The expectation includes facility assessment, material selection, installation, and project closeout.– The reference documentation and original specifications and project drawings serve as the basis of overall design intent.– The basis of design included herein; however, firms are encouraged to propose additional color options that integrate with the building and site context.– The new curtain wall system replacement is to meet current energy and building codes as adopted by the local authority having jurisdiction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
