(1) Vendor needs to provide outside legal counsel services to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ.– Outside legal counsel shall keep litigation costs at a minimum. – At the commencement of any legal representation, outside counsel shall provide an initial case analysis and litigation budget.– Outside legal counsel must avoid double billing. – Outside legal counsel must consult with the County Counsel on an on–going basis throughout the legal representation.
