(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate lease services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– All facilities shall comply with applicable ADA codes and regulations for access and ability to work in a barrier free space.– Accessible facilities to include parking, building entrance, elevators, toilets and other ancillary spaces as well as tenant office areas.– Security glass as required by Tenant in reception area if specifically requested by Tenant.– High pressure plastic laminate on all exposed surfaces.– To be designed and constructed to meet ADA codes.– Solid surface countertops on all toilets having multiple fixtures.– Storage shelving as required by Tenant.
