(1) Vendor needs to provide grantee to provide opioid epidemic response services to the government authority located in Saint Paul, MN.– These services include prevention and harm reduction for opioid use disorder (OUD), expansion and enhancement of the continuum of care for opioid related substance use disorders (SUD), and chronic pain management and alternative treatments.• Primary Prevention and Education for Opioid Related Substance Use Disorders • Harm Reduction Services• Expansion and Enhancement of Continuum of Care for Opioid Related Substance Use • Chronic pain and Alternative Treatments(2) The contract period will be three and a half years.
