(1) Vendor needs to provide eBeam evaporator system to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.– The eBeam evaporator system which will be used in the undergraduate courses offered in the new cleanroom.– 4–pocket for multiple materials deposition without breaking vacuum.– Substrate capability: coupon piece 1cm x 1cm up to 6–inch wafers.– Film uniformity across 6” substrate: <5%.– Run to run repeatability: <+/–3%.– Substrate holder rotation capable and z–motion adjustable.– Crystal thickness/rate monitor.– Base pressure target in the 10?7 Torr range or better.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
