(1) Vendor needs to provide to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA.• The firm performing the work shall be responsible for the collection of all data required to perform the studies, including the electrical utility company's short–circuit currentcontribution.• The Short–Circuit Study shall provide for the calculation of fault currents at each piece of gear in the Electrical System for the entire Site• Reports:1. Reports for the Short–Circuit Study, Protective Device Coordination Study, and ArcFlash Risk Assessment shall be stamped and signed by a Washington RegisteredElectrical Engineer.2. Report calculations shall be generated by a software analysis application with provenaccuracy and reliability at performing three–phase fault calculations(2) The contract period will be for one year.
