Description
The applicant wiished to purchase three-year license renewals for the folloing equipment: 1) LIC-MX85-SEC-3Y (3) LIC-MS125-48LP-3Y (15) LIC-ENT-3YR . The bid shall clearly show for each item proposed: Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part#/SKU; Unit Cost and what percent of the cost is eligible under the E-Rate program rules. . The bidder shall provide their SPIN in their proposal (or provide documentation that a SPIN has been applied for) and shall provide documentation that they are an authorized reseller of the equipment being proposed. . SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. . The applicant reserves the right to reject bids that are received on or after the 29th day after issuance of the Form 470.
